The name given to this cuvée comes from the Greek letter ε which in the family was used to define what was small and very qualitative.

“Epsilon” is a selection of barrels of two (rarely one) wines after 18 months of ageing.

It is a blend mainly of Syrah, a recently acquired vine perfectly oriented for optimal maturity, to which is added a small percentage of the estate’s old historical Grenache and Carignan.

The result is a rich wine, greedy and smooth, with velvety tannins and black fruit, liquorice and spice aromas.

The first “Epsilon” of the Domaine dates from 2013 in Côtes du Roussillon Les Aspres and from 2015 it will be Côtes du Roussillon Villages Les Aspres . Several vintages are still available, do not hesitate to consult us.

From now on, this cuvée will be available for purchase as an “en primeur” cuvée, like the “Exception” cuvée, in bottle, Magnum or Jeroboam .
