It is a tender, very supple wine, very much in Fernand’s style.

80% Carignan, 20 Grenache Noir, vinified then aged for two years in cement vats.

There is a structure at the beginning, but after this long evolution, the tannins are very melted.

If it stays in the mouth, it is more because of the leather and jammy fruit aromas than because of the structure. After this one, it was made one last time in 1991.
