I like this straightforward wine, with an elegant tannic structure and crisp fruit aromas.

The idea was born in 1998, but it was only the following year that this pure Carignan cuvée was born.

It is, in my opinion, the best expression of the Aspres terroir, the vines in the middle of the garrigue, the clay soils which counterbalance the effects of the wind and the sun.

Although it is always decried, it is the Carignan that best reflects, in vinification, the freshness that the clay retains and the idea that I have of the wines from here with my Burgundian sensitivity: I find there my dear blackcurrant aromas, a certain acidity on the palate, a very fine tannic structure…

I feel connected.
