Ephemeral because it doesn’t stay in the glass for long!

Roussillon ambassador in 2017 and Terre de Vins’ favourite for the 2016 vintage 🙂 unfortunately now sold out.

It is a vinous rosé, for the table. I combine direct pressing of Grenache and bleeding of Syrah and Carignan, with a small ageing on fine lees.

This means that I’m running away from fermenting aromas, I prefer wine! Crushed strawberry dominates on the nose, the mouth is smooth, with a salty side that gives a mineral background.

Another cuvée sometimes joins our “Ephémère” when the vintage lends itself to it. This will be the case in 2014 with “Est ce spécial”, a very special rosé …. with a Grenache majority and vinified in old barrels. It surprises with notes of white fruit.
