For me, the exercise consists in exalting fresh red fruits. I don’t like it when it’s too jammy!

It is indeed a natural sweet wine mutated on grains, but the tannins are not too marked.

The rest is in line with the rest, with a delicate, airy balance. So much so that it can be served with a duck breast with cherries for example, I don’t make it every year, the previous vintage was 2012.
